Life Nurses PTY LTD Employee Candidate Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
– The Life Nurses PTY LTD Employee Candidate Referral Program (the “Program”) is designed to encourage existing employees to refer qualified candidates for specific job openings within Life Nurses PTY LTD (“the Company”).
– Participation in the Program is voluntary and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
– All current employees of Life Nurses PTY LTD, excluding members of senior management and the HR department, are eligible to participate in the Program.
– Referrals must be candidates not currently employed by the Company and should not have been in the Company’s employment within the last 12 months.
3. Referral Submission
– Employees must submit referrals through the designated online platform or via email to the HR department, including the referred candidate’s resume and any relevant details about the candidate’s qualifications.
– The referring employee must ensure they have the candidate’s consent to share their information with Life Nurses PTY LTD.
4. Referral Rewards
– A referral reward will be offered for referrals that lead to a successful hire. The specific reward amount will be communicated at the launch of each referral campaign.
– The referred candidate must complete a minimum employment period (e.g., 90 days) with the Company for the referring employee to be eligible for the referral reward.
– Referral rewards are subject to tax and will be included in the referring employee’s taxable income.
5. General Conditions
– The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
– The decision of the Company regarding the eligibility of participants, referred candidates, and the awarding of referral rewards shall be final and binding.
– Referral rewards are not transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted.
– Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Confidentiality
– Participants must respect the confidentiality of the referral process and not disclose sensitive information about the referred candidates or the status of their applications.
7. Compliance with Laws
– The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
– Life Nurses PTY LTD will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or related to the participation in the Program or the acceptance or use of any referral reward.

10. Agreement
– By participating in the Employee Candidate Referral Program, employees agree to these Terms and Conditions.
